How does it work?

  1. Select your categories

Select 4 categories that you would like to test from our list of over 20 categories. These could be on subjects such as MS Word, English, Maths or Current affairs.

  2. Our system makes your quiz

Our system then selects 25 multiple-choice questions (from our database of many hundreds) for each of your chosen categories and compiles your online quiz.

  3. Your unique code

Our system then produces a unique code for your unique quiz. Every quiz is individual to you and contains 100 questions. The candidates will not have seen it before so they can't cheat!

  4. Send the code to your candidates

You then can send this unique code to each of the candidates to do the quiz on their computer, or you can ask them to do it when they come for an interview. The quiz typically takes around an hour.

  5. Watch the results come in

You can log in to your account at any time and see each candidate's results in each category - even if you are on the other side of the world.

  6. Analyse their results

Our system produces a single page, printable report for you that shows how each candidate performed in each category. You can use this to determine who to interview and also to steer your questioning at the interview stage.

All this for only £19 per unique quiz

Each quiz can be used for up to 50 candidates within a 30-day period. The perfect way to compare candidates. You might be surprised at the results!
